Yes, thats Chef Mike holding the
victory plaque and wearing his medal.
The WatersView Restaurant entered
into a cooking competition on
November 4th 2007 in Cary, NC and
against stiff competition, Chef Mike
brought home the bronze (3rd place).
Competition was tough including the
upscale likes of Vivace, Crabtree Grill,
Firebirds, An, and many others.
Mikes winning entree was Prochutto
wrapped lamb with Ozzo and a cherry
reduction sauce.
The WatersView Restaurant also
proudly entered into the event in
association with the March of Dimes.
The event was a benefit sponsored by
many to raise money for the March of
Dimes.
